Notes on purchase application

(1) Before applying, please be sure to confirm the contents of these precautions and the “Q&A Service Ticket Agreement" available on the FLIP Consortium website.
(2) Only customers who have purchased or are purchasing the products listed in the " Products (to be) purchased " are eligible to purchase the Q&A Service Ticket.
(3) Please register the person who will be the contact person for the Q&A service (technical inquiries regarding the use of FLIP) as a "Ticket User".
(It is possible to change the Ticket User later within the validity period of the Q&A service ticket.)
